Lupe is one of the Original 4 Groovy Girls, made in 1998.

Appearance[]

Lupe is tan-skinned and has the first face which the Groovy Girls had from 1998-1999. She wears a usual outfit which consists of non-removable yellow/white striped long-sleeve shirt and a non-removable pair of blue/white striped tights. Her medium-length brown hair has bangs. Lupe also wears a pink dress with a yellow flower in the bottom right corner and blue Mary-Jane shoes.

Name Meaning[]

The name "Lupe" is the shortened name for "Guadalupe", a name that is classified as gender neutral. The name derives from the Spanish language and means "Wolf River" or "Like A Wolf". This term can also be derived from the Spanish province Caceres that can also be called the valley of wolves. The name originated as far back as the late 19th century.
