Raelyn is one of the Groovy Girls released in 2007, but reissued in 2008 with colored eyes. In Mini Movies, she's outgoing and spreads joy just like confetti. Her vocals are provided by Russi Taylor using the same vocals as Minnie from Disney.

Raelyn has dark-brown hair with periwinkle streaks in a ponytail, and in her reissue, green eyes. She wears a halter dress with periwinkle straps and a light green belt. The dress has pastel green, blue, yellow, and pink polka dots. She also wears striped green & pink leggings with periwinkle boots.
