Appearance
Like most of the Christmas Groovy Girls before her, Noelle is a blonde. She has red streaks in her hair, with a red hair ornament to match. Noelle wears a green dress with peppermints (to allude to her scent when squeezed), a sparkly silver collar, and a candy-striped trim to match. Red lace also accentuates the bottom of her dress. In addition, she wears a pair of green and white striped tights with silver shoes, and red earrings.
